1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ The product must be returned with original tags and packaging
✔ Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse

Products showing signs of wear or alteration

Customized or made-to-order products

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review and guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:
✔ Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
⚠ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of:

Wrong item delivered

Manufacturing defect

Size issue (if applicable)
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if:
✔ The order has not yet been shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
