Product Care

Our product are handcrafted using natural fibers and plant based dyes. Subtle variations in color, texture, pattern are normal, and mild dye bleeding can occur. These natural details highlight the authenticity of the materials and the handmade process, giving every piece its own character.

Follow the care instructions supplied with your piece.

To maintain the quality, softness, and longevity of your handcrafted product, gently hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent specially formulated for wool. Avoid harsh detergents, bleaching agents, and tumble drying. After washing, gently remove excess water without wringing or twisting the fabric. Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Handle with care to preserve the natural fibers, texture, and beauty of your product.

Materials & Making

Silk and Angora fibres are prepared and spun into yarn, then wound into hanks for the next stage. Where needed, the yarn is coloured with naturally sourced dyes; natural fibre shades are retained without additional dyeing. After drying, the hanks are prepared for warping and each thread is individually arranged. The weaver then creates the vertical zigzag-chevron structure on the handloom, carefully repeating the angled lines across the stole. The fabric is finished to bring out its smooth handle and clean pattern.
